I bought my first Berkey Light back in 2015, and since then, our family and every friend or relative who visits always comments on how much they love the water from our place. Fast forward to 2024, and the bottom chamber started leaking at the water access hole that connects to the spigot. Scott promptly replied to my email, offering options, and I just ordered the bottom chamber replacement to continue using our Berkey.
While I feel the prices might be on the higher side, I can attest that it's money well spent for my family's health. I wholeheartedly recommend Berkey water filters – 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

Scott is always such a pleasure to deal with. Quick to respond, patient and informative. We needed to order replacement filters, and we got them very quickly.
