Replacement Filters
BOROUX Foundation™ Filter / Model BX·FND9·2 (See specifications below)
Systems come with one set of two filters. Add a second set for longer lifespan and increased flow rate. The BOROUX Foundation Filters contain silver, an antimicrobial agent, to prevent microorganisms from degrading the product itself. This filter is not intended to filter microorganisms.
Warranty Coverage
The BOROUX Legacy System, including chambers, spigots, washers, hole plugs, and wingnuts, is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime. There is no need to register your product. To file a warranty claim, please contact customer service with your order number.
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by carelessness, accidents, abuse, unintended use of the system, or modifications. It also does not cover any filters, including fluoride filters.
The BOROUX Foundation Filters are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover failures resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, damage, failure to follow installation and use instructions, or wear consistent with the expected filter lifespan. If the product is deemed defective, we will replace it. Proof of purchase, a description of the product, and an explanation of the alleged defect must be provided to process a warranty claim.
Maintenance
Clean upper/lower chambers monthly with warm water and dish soap. Make sure to remove foundation filters before cleaning.
