Warranty Coverage
The filter media is covered by a 6-month limited warranty, which includes defects in materials or performance under normal use conditions.
The stainless steel shell is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Please note: This warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or wear consistent with the expected filter lifespan.
Maintenance
We recommend cleaning the shells of the fluoride filter monthly. Since the water running through the Proactive Filter is pre-filtered, there is no need to clean the filters. Reprime the filters if you experience a reduced flow.
